Since our establishment in 2021, we remain committed to contributing to the realization of a sustainable society and improved quality of life by providing advanced mobility solutions. To that end, we have established ourselves as a global mega-supplier of competitive and advanced technologies and products that respond to the evolution of mobility. Aiming for further growth and to become a leader in the electrification and intelligence of mobility in the SDV era, we changed our company name on April 1, 2025, marking a new start as Astemo, Ltd.
The mobility industry is undergoing unprecedented change, and the name Astemo expresses our commitment "to provide a safe, sustainable, and comfortable mobility through technologies that contribute to an advanced and sustainable society (Advanced Sustainable Technologies for Mobility).” It reflects our unwavering commitment to meet society's needs with cutting-edge technology.
To fulfill this mission, our global team of 80,000 associates will refine our hardware and software technologies, while providing advanced technologies and solutions under our “MISSION, VISION, and VALUES” to improve quality of life for all.
